Upstream Space Activity License
The upstream covers space object owners and operators that provides services but not limited to broadcasting, telecommunications, Global Navigation Satellite Services (GNSS), remote sensing, astronomy, earth observation and space spectrum access for the aforementioned services.
Midstream Space Actitvity License
The midstream covers satellite data reception, storage, distribution and augmentation service (teleport service), satellite communication services (including but not limited to Direct to Home (DTH), VSAT, Direct to Mobile), satellite network management and earth observation service.
Downstream Space Activity License
For ease of reference, the downstream sector shall include all activities that relates to satellite manufacturing, launch services, satellite operations, and control.
